Yearly physicals and completion of Rank One paperwork are required for ALL players.  If you plan on playing with us next year, please visit the GOHS Sports Medicine site via the button below to begin all required paperwork on or after 4/1/24.

The link below also provides details about on campus physicals being done at GOHS 4/4 and York 4/9.  You will need to pay for the physical using the School Cash Online link  and bring a signed consent form to participate.
